ALMiG TAD treatment systems

Many operators have problems with their pneumatic or brake systems. These are frequently due to an unreliable compressor which can easily be replaced with an ALMiGcompressor, but are sometimes due to contaminated poor quality compressed air. Anything drawn in by the compressor usually exits at the compressed air outlet in compressed form, this includes gas, particulate matter, dust, dirt and moisture. All of this is filtered by a TAD treatment system from ALMiG, which increases the reliability of your system.

Products

ALMiG offers a wide range of compressed air treatment systems for the rail sector which can be integrated into the air generation system at the factory, and also subsequently retrofitted. The systems are also compatible with all compressors available on the market.

Properties

Our compressed air treatment systems are fully protected against corrosion due to their alocrome treatment and epoxy coating. The systems can be flexibly mounted both vertically and horizontally, on the inside or outside of the vehicle. Similar to our compressors, they are tested by an independent validation centre for shocks, vibrations, EMC and flammability. They are extremely quiet and vibration-free when in operation and can be adapted electrically to all customer specifications.
